Our normal office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Our firm is also open on Saturdays if it is so required, but no calls are accepted at this time, only pre-arranged appointments.

Communication

You may communicate with your designated partner within office hours through all the modern technological means, such as telephone calls, FAX messages and emails. Our firm processes all calls and messages very carefully and ensures that they reach your designated partner as soon as possible.
In case you need to meet with your designated partner, it is always necessary to make an appointment in advance.

Privacy

In accordance with the Code of Attorneys, which is prescribed by the Athens Bar Association and the Hellenic Data Protection Agency, our firm is committed to keep all your personal details private, unless it is necessary due to the nature of the case to communicate these with the public services, the Courts or any other third parties.
During the course of our meetings, any sensitive personal data that you provide us with will be handled with the utmost care and will only be processed for the purposes they were given.
All documents that you provide us with remain within the firm and when your case has been completed, all documents are carefully filed within the firm's filing system. Please note that the documents that you provide us with are non-returnable, but copies may be issued at your request.
